Harvest 2009

 

 

altThe 2009 season could perhaps be described as "perfect" after  2008. We were only harvesting grapes from the 300mu we planted in 2005,because we use extensive management  and organic cultivation,the outlet of 2009 is not so much ,however,the brix is very high , the highest is 32 ,and the average is about 26.It is very crazing in PengLai, It is the best in PengLai in 2009.

 

Our aim of  2009 has been achieved,  not only  vineyard techniques,  but also  sugar content and flavour

      

altOur cellar is well furnished , and all the machine for  squeezing is set well ,and we also invite a famous winemaker from Australia named Mark.F .He has wroked here for  1 month and help us to make wine by the Australia  way,
